Submitted by GFS Lee@aol.com Oh Lord, I come to you today, I bow my head and humbly pray, Just one new name, let me find, And please don't let my husband mind. Help him lord, to understand, I have been in family tree land. Searching files, making queries, As his patience slowly wearies. Help him love me, Help him see, That I've been up the Family Tree. That poor man, he wants to care, But he has no clean underwear. Help him know that I mean well, But my ancestors couldn't spell. So I have to search a hundred ways, To find one name could take me days. So Lord, when he walks through the door, Please make him let me look some more. Please teach him patience, and how to cook, So he can eat, while I still look. Thank you lord, for hearing me, And helping with my family tree. by Kim Moncus Brown |
